It might actually help a bit since they will be fresh new members and then they get to join in on the excitement of a site refresh. So the ones who might not be interested at the first will suddenly get extra incentives to take a second look I do also want to get a little bit of a before and after look at referral rates in case there is a change and we need to do some tweaking. I know approximately what the before rates are myself but I'd like to get those stats public so that we can get a good comparison. I would have done the referring anyway for myself if I had not started this so there is not much of a difference.
