Currently we're in the process of finishing a bigger batch of updates called "Combat Rework", which will be released mid February and will be our next price point raise, raising the price to ~$6. This update takes care of some of the least attractive current parts of the game, both mechanically and visually. In parallel we are also working on a much bigger update batch, which is going to raise the standard of the game much higher, as it's not only going to make the game UI more organized, but more importantly, give it a feel of a much bigger game. This is something that we expect to increase conversion rates at all stages, and also make us a ton more attractive to press and influences. In other news: Our cooperation with a SEO team to help improve the rankings of PlayBitcoinGames is now fully under way. This week we are finishing a sizeable PBG layout rework to make it more user and search engine friendly, along with a blog the SEO team will be using to expand content of the site, plus we can use it for any on-site updates/promotions as well. We've got a minimum 3-6 months long plan setup with them, where we will be following their progress, and if at any point we are not happy with it, we have the option to cancel the cooperation. However, so far things are looking really good, and this will be by far the most extensive SEO operation we've done on any of our sites. This update marks a much higher (visual) quality standard for the game and sets us up to be able to focus more on content updates going forward. We did better than expected. Normally we lose like 5-10k a month during the first 3 months.. Now we broke even on the first 2 and lost about $3k on the third month. What can we expect next? The past month or 2 we haven't done any marketing emails. Reason being that elasticache increased their costs 5x in order for us to keep using them the same way we did before. In the next week or so Pawel will build a new emailing system in each and every of our websites. Emails might not be as pretty at first, but at least we will be able to reach our full userbase again and we're aiming to get more activity on PPMG again. In a month or so we will also release the full simpocalypse game, this should help us gross more income. More information about this will be released in the following weeks. I will pay you a 500% return. slosumo - Administrator Traffic Value: $28,438.4426 Slovenia 24 like this post 0 people 08/04/2021 13:50 We usually don't post here about these occurrences as they're mostly dealt in the backend, but since this one is clearly visible and might raise questions when stats are amended, I'll be roughly explaining what happened here: You might notice a $12k Roulette win today - technically it is a legit win (not an exploit/bug with the game itself), but after an investigation, we've positively identified this user to be a MASSIVE multiaccounter, who is abusing the free BAP on PV, by gambling & usually abusing a certain loophole in Shootout Champs multiplayer, to transfer the BAP on one account, sell it, then gamble trying to win. And they do this on 100s of accounts, until one of them gets lucky with the the games, and wins enough to cashout. There's been a few in the past months who evaded our manual cashout checks (I obviously won't go into details how), but not a lot of damage was done. I've just banned over 300 active of these accounts via certain near 100% accurate checks, but as obviously we can't check each of them manually in detail, there might be a false positives there somewhere - if so, we'll review any complaints and do more thorough checks. That said, the $12k win on the roulette will be voided in some way to not skew the stats. We've also implemented a quick and dirty prevention of playing multiplayer SC on PV - we've wanted to do a "pretty" one for a while, but it is just too time consuming and not worth it for the few legit players who'd want to play it. And the single player option is a popular game we don't want to remove. @Hoppa61 This goes directly to you, as the abuser used the exploited cash to purchase your RPs. I've cancelled the bid you created with that cash, and refunded the RPs back to you. This simply needed to be done, as otherwise we would be creating liquidity with this fake cash.
