I think what we should do is collect as many RP as we can,I know the management team will pull things out from the static situation that they are now,I know they need some time for this.When things change for the better having a lot of RP can bring you x (5-500 times) maybe number of profit.

If they don't succeed I still don't care,I still see this as a good opportunity from the few online that remain good ones.

Having confidence is positive, but tangible facts are needed, something that supports that confidence that everything will improve. We are stuck and although there are many who want to help revive this, right now there is no clear roadmap to follow. I think we should start there, what is the path we should take?

Like I said before, users should be engaged in the management if they wish, especially if they own larger parts of the available shares. I understand that the management wants to reduce debt but at the end of the day this will be only be done with cost reduction and an increase in income.

One of the things I would suggest, is that we first get an understanding of the monthly/yearly expenses in comparison to the gains (a P&L statement basically). It's important here to understand which aspects of the business cost the most money and how the costs are split across different business related subsidiaries (like PV, PTC-Share) etc.

I know there is a spreadsheet out there but it isn't accurate enough for my taste as it doesn't show expenses based on different websites.

Furthermore we need to have a clear outlook of what the goal of this business really is. Is it only to pay back debt (and interest) or to actually build a long term portfolio on top of paying back debt only. Do we want to keep the crowdfunding aspect or focus on funding projects solely through profits and paying dividends only?

Overall I would say that we could select a user that could do surveys to see what options other users would prefer and maybe also select a core group of users (that are interested) that might try to actively cut costs or develop other business related aspects (even on a small scale).

I don't know if it would help to setup some sort of Discord channel for easier communication (I can set one up if there is interest). I think there is a good amount of users that would be willing to help but the communication channels (also to management) need to be made more available...

I think shareholders should at least get some form of voting rights regarding the direction of the company

Maybe every six months or one year we get management spending plans and a vote to approve or disapprove with others above a certain share threshold being allowed to offer up competing plans

This is just a suggestion
