And some of the bigger deposits were used in ads/BAP & are not available in balance anymore, so there's nothing we can easily do to revert that - would essentially cost us more than we'd get back to sort out each individual case. I know there is still encryption etc etc. That can be tricky play. But sure, helps in case of users response.  Just trying to help what I learned from some coders video. They suggest to block some info in errors area. PHP tends to give to much info when error happens.
