We don't. Neteller cashouts haven't worked for months.
The programmer made a mistake by allowing people to request one again, but is very hard to reach at the moment.

So far the game has sold 1300 copies, for about $4500 gross revenue.

I still haven't gotten time to write up a full launch plan for here, so let me quickly sum up some of the main points, for better context:

Early Access' main purpose is to allow us enough time to polish the game with the help of a wide enough Steam audience feedback, as well as secure us some additional funds to cover this additional development to improve the product.

There were some side goals with the EA launch:
- "re-educate" Steam to start delivering us more organic traffic to drive up sales/wishlists up to the full launch, which we seem to have accomplished (so far a 5-10x increase seems to hold)
- Get a high rating from early supporters, as this is crucial to how any marketing efforts convert (so far at 83%, which is great, but we hope we can raise it further) <- having a low price to start off was crucial for this, to reflect on current game experience/Quality
- It allows us to tests marketing methods, optimize conversion

Our first week sale target was a minimum of 1k units, and if we got towards 2k that would be exceptional and get us potentially a bit viral, from where things could unexpectedly explode. But based on current conversions and marketability of the game that was a bit far fetched - and potentially even a good thing it didn't happen, as it would likely leave to a bigger ratio of negative reviews, hurting us long term. We put everything we had into marketing the launch, and the first few hours looks we might achieve some virality. We were "New & trending" for about 10 of the game's more niche tags, and were hoping to potentially hit trending by morning. Unfortunately that didn't happen, but digging a bit more about it, there seems some consensus between developers' experience that EA games usually do not hit those, unless they have a crazy huge following.

But if we can replicate a similar "first hours hype" on the full launch, we have a good chance to achieve that smile

The minimum gross revenue goal for the game is $150-$200k within a year, which would cover all costs incurred up to full launch + a month upkeep. After that there would only be any additional marketing work, or if it made sense, occasional updates, to be able to utilize 5 of "Steam's update visibility rounds", where you get additional exposure for a week to re-boost the game's revenues as time passes.
* The game is not going to cost $150k to make, but that is gross revenue, after all taxes, steam shares etc. about 35% of it goes to MTV

To achieve that, we'd need to sell at least ~2k copies in the first week of the full launch. Which with upped game quality, maintaining great reviews, and big marketing preparation we have every chance of achieving that smile

Note that we will be increasing the game's price 2/3 times up to full launch, and eventually settle on $8-10, as more content is added and the game is polished in general to deserve a higher price.

What EA launch also got us, was exposure to a lot of people, including a UI/UX designer and a sound artist, both of which have offered help to improve the game in their areas for free or just a nominal fee.

Right now our focus is on:
- improving lategame balancing to keep early supporters satisfied and increase our review score further
- Potentially implementing new UI/UX from the designer (it's looking really promising with the first sketches)
- Then its mostly down to polishing the game as much as possible, and make it generally more visually appealing to improve conversion and satisfy a greater audience
- Once we've got the new UI/UX & more polish done, we will also order a professional trailer, as that's the key selling tool

So there's a lot to do still and the project is far from calling it a success already, but if we keep up with our plan for the next 3 months, we've got great chances of realizing it smile

* Any revenues made are delayed up to 2 months before affecting MTV, due to how the payment schedule works

Cool update , very in depth. But I am amazed  how little MTV will get  at the end. Only 35%. How much does stupid steam takes, How much are the taxes? I know for Croatia is 25% on steam purchases....

The taxes and revenue shares are always rough indeed. First the sales are taxed depending on country (between 0-25%, depending on country of sale, average seems to be around 15-20%), after that Steam takes a 30% cut, which usually ends up at around 55-60% (depending on distribution of sales by countries), after that the costs/revenues are shared with our office at 60-40, which leaves around 35% for MTV (we also ignored charging a good part of our additional work to keep costs reasonable for MTV).

I actually wrote a more detailed "post-mortem" on reddit a few days ago to give back to community of devs & partially to promote, but it was blocked by reddit spam filters (we've been posting a lot recently), but it finally got manually approved - unfortunately it's getting hardly any views because of it being 3 days listed and it's not listed anywhere on the top, but it's an long and interesting read, that explains the process, numbers more in detail.

It's not possible to advertise Scarlet-Clicks at PV, because it doesn't accept the link. When I try to verify it, the page just closes immediately, and a red X icon appears. There is no problem with other links, only with SC and its sister sites (GPTPlanet, OptimalBux). I think it's a general problem, not just one account related, and it's nothing to do with browser settings or anything else a member can solve.

Please look into the issue, and fix it ASAP, if it's possible.
