Where to start.... Before 2 days I tried to purchase AD packs on PV....... Entered pin..... Tried..... Nothing.....

No notification, no access, no warning message....... Nothing..... Tried again.... I know I didnt fail.......

Next day I tried on MTV where finally said failed attempts (with right pin). Either my account was hacked (I doubt it), or system is glitched and caused failed attempts even with correct pin (i am sure that happened).

Next day I asked support to check out last IP's for me, since I cant, also if we can solve that on some way. Their response was to send private document, what (if you know me) is not possible, I just do not work like that, watch my website and you will see its not just about success and money, its more about honnor and joy.

I dont care much about money, its sad how will be lost...... I asked that they send me new pin if possible, so that I do not leave MTV-PV. But I am not sure they will bother to answer me. I hope they will answer me, but honestly, I am not sure, its totally different than in past when you received answer on every reply, and where you always had some way and they helped you to find other solution.

I am afraid they are not open to other solutions. Let me ask you, is it fair to invest without private document, but when you have issue with account you need private document? Worst is I cant even cashout, I cant even watch my account..... And not sure they will care to try to find solution on other way.

Sure they want to protect us against hackers......... But seriously.... Private info... Internet..... Seriously?

Its not about those 1000 + usd that may be lost... Its about that I will then probably leave system for good, its how could be spent........ I would rather send it to someone who needs that money more than me, or rather give it to charity than let it rotten in here with no purpose.

What will happen? I will continue to stay active, I will drop from group, and money in MTV-PV will compound till no revenues left. And then money will just lie down there?

I know I have some rights, but I have no desire to make wars, nor I feel some grudge, nor I care I will make losses. Its just sad when people dont care, because that money could help someone, now will lie down in empty void, and I will watch it, because of pride I cant allow to loose account, nah, so much pride I have, but I would rather to transfer it to someone or they can to charity with proof of payment, than just to lie down here without purpose, because sadly I dont see any ticket response where they care to find second solution.

So if you are anonymous person, I dont suggest to use PIN, unless you are scared of hackers and you gamble. When i used PIN, there was past administration and I knew solution will be find, sadly rules are changed and things with support are visible..........

I do not want to say they did it on purpose, that would be mean, I do not want to believe in that, that would be low, I just know its sad when you type PIN and you do not have any notification what is wrong, there was no response at all, there is still no response if you failed. I didnt failed, system just do not let me in. And because I did nothing wrong I have to proof something to them? Tell me thats a justice. Lost money? Totally.

Anyway, what to say, do not make same mistake I did. If I knew I would have such bloody terror with new administration over some PIN i would never ever activate that crap, or in short I would disable it once administration changed.

Sadly, bad things happen, its was just my turn. Have a nice day.

Try again. Yesterday there was a server issue and noone could buy ads on ptcshare. Than i was asked for my pin. I entered the correct and i failed to login just like you. But after a while i managed to login. There is no point in writing a whole novel and accusing "gently" the management.

Your PIN hasn't been changed since 2015. If the issue was with the servers, then wrong PIN attempts wouldn't be stored at all. You simply seems to have been entering the wrong PIN.

Our support staff is following the procedure they should, especially with long term, more valuable accounts. Typically we'd confirm with processor proofs first, but considering you've recently only used bitcoin, that method can't be easily proved to authenticate you.

Since I've just stumbled upon this topic, your very unique writing style is enough for me to verify it is you, so I've reset your PIN.

Cant say I didnt laughed on that one, but I understand all. I am sorry if I insulted anyone indirectly, because it was really zero intention to do it so. Trust me. Seriously. It was my mistake because when I saw nothing happens, I should have been smarter and stop it and continue later....... Server issue or not. I do not jump from that.
