Its matter of concern that I lodged complaint for my misssing deposit.today is about sixth day but problem not solved yet and this is perhaps delay in replying support tickets.I replied my support ticket and today its fourth day but I waiting to update my account Balance.very sad position.

What is your payment processor? Sometime it takes awhile for acc to get funded.

I think I saw a post where marc said they were having some issues with perfect money. Honestly I think it's best not to use perfect money they are very late in terms of payment. I think for now it's best to stay patient. How much did you deposit?

Nothing is wrong with Perfect Money, we are experiencing some issues with Payeer from time to time.

Making posts on the forum won´t speed up your ticket.

Marc, I know that, but what is a person to do? This response of yours is not ok.

I'm also waiting 3 days for reply to my ticket about my deposit with Payeer.
For me this is unacceptable. I've deposited my money to buy ads, but it seems like this company doesn't want my money. And for CEO to only say: "Making posts on the forum won´t speed up your ticket." Well, it shows lack of leadership. It's a generic, impersonal response. At least you could say: we will look into it ASAP. And that is really what you should do. How many people will invest money into business, when they will hear that it takes a week for their deposit to go thru.

Deposits only rarely run into issues and telling people "We will look into it ASAP" will just open up the option for everyone to post about issues on the forum smile

Yes, the forum is not the place to solve ticket issues, but also is not the place to dismiss the few unresolved issues that reach it.

Why? Just because of Google.

You can delete the post/thread eventually, but if their spider already crawled your site, an unfortunate answer to a customer complain showing up on search will not help your business make more sales/get more deposits.

Just a friendly reminder:
 Customer complaints are not always a sign that something is wrong but an opportunity for improvement. I'm pretty sure nobody here wants to miss that.

I lost 1 deposit on PPMG site also. Sent the message but no repond 1 day. I did but my account is not funded. Please ask the PPMG's help desk to support ASAP
