OFC, it should take longer, aka you should actually view the ad and consider what they offer. But if you can do 23, you can do 46. Also, we are a very small "shoe-string" operation. Had clicked on 3 or 4  ads when they appeared at around 130am and had to go to bed. Nor any disrespect to developing Countries. You are in Canada, and am I right to assume you are running a 5 year old or less computer? 2-3min per ad (if trying to get through them) is NOT acceptable for 95%+ of users. I hope that somehow "10min" (actually more like 1min per, so you pay a bit attention to the ad) becomes norm for you eventually. I really do not know which party is at fault (PV, Captcha, You), but I guess I need to check my privilege, which I feel is for 95% of us, and hope it gets resolved.
