Check who the sender of the email is (no_reply@paidverts.com or no_reply@mytrafficvalue.com) - but make sure it's not just using an Alias. 2.) If you are not 100% sure about 1., then do not click on the link. Although the link looks fine, and if you'd copy it either you'd find out it's a proper link, or nothing would happen. But if you click on it, and it's some phising request you could be redirected to some other link. So just hover on the link, and at the bottom left of your browser you should see the URL of where the link is pointing to. But since you're logged in yourself you stay logged in so don't even feel the effect. IT just blocks anyone trying to brute force your password. Especially since you also have 2Fa, you can't really be touched. But just to be safe, I'd still recommend you changing any passwords - especially if you feel it's too much of a coincidence to get a call and a brute force attempt.
