i already send the support ticket but jo said this is correct .. anyone please see this
the balance should increase not decrease

Problem is THIS HAPPEN every time i do transfer like this ..

Check your account history here:

I believe you're looking at your PV history, which only concerns your PV balance... And thereby the total can be a bit weird, if you've got any activity happening with your other balances at the same time.
