That said we have a very small support staff, esp with regards to money issues, so you may have to wait some time for your ticket.

anee24, unfortunately deposits sometimes last longer than they should.

Last time I waited 4 days (after I've submitted support ticket) for my deposit to go thru.

But you can be sure that you will get your money. I've learned my lesson and from now on, I will take into consideration that deposit can last up to a week.

Money issues should be solved on a priority basis, but they can't.
The only one that has the possibility to look into these things is Andraz as it has to do with logging into payment accounts and other sensitive data/admin powers.

Andraz however is needed on so many other places as well.
Only when the crowd finds and reports an issue, we can act on it and check if it's code related and reduce the pressure and amount of tickets Andraz has to solve.

It means this issue is not related to crowd it has no value..it will be solved when andraz look into it..but when no matters..thats why i told about a term and condition for add fund issue..

I really wish that poor Andraz wasn't stretched so thin.

Thing is, very hard to bring in any one, esp with what they can afford salary wise and trust wise (money related would be a high high need of trust).

Everyone is important no matter how small.

But just like a Hospital, Triage is thing here as well.

anee24, I know your are frustrated about this issue, but please stop posting every day about it.
It will not help one bit. Just wait patiently for your support ticket to be resolved.
