Hello,I have a question, I was cashing out my account so I can invest that money into crypto. After leaving it in since 2015 I wanted to try my luck there but the cashout to my Bitcoin account turned out to be unsuccessful. The money moved back into my balance and when I refreshed the page the money was gone. So I checked my history and saw this: 19/01/2018 23:01:03 BC -$214.22 BC Admin adjustment $0.002 Can someone explain what this means? greetings Thomas

The cashout was not unsuccessful, there is simply a known error on our bitcoin server.If you insert your bitcoin address on blockexplorer.com, you will see the transaction is on its way. |
