I totally agree. I understand that a game can loose money short-term. It's called variance.
But having a loss while it is there for such a long time makes me think that there is something wrong.

We had it before with another game, but then it was much more obvious. Luckily that one was stopped after a couple of weeks.

I hope the problems with this game will be solved soon.

Has anyone checked to see if cashouts are being proccessed for these bigger winners?
AKA minimize the actual damage.

I hope we all remember that they often let gamblers keep playing and fail to notify us that that is what they are doing and remember after that they remind us of that fact that no worries they often know b4 us (and I'm sure Marc read the post in the news right above his, in case he hadn't noticed).

SuperSlots is a progressive slots game, meaning the more you play the bigger chance for a jackpot (specially if you gather a lot of bonus points)

I played it for a few days(in PV) and at my first day Jackpot cracked +200k BAP, and i was playing at the lowest value. After that it never showed again a single Jackpot figure in the slots, after 1360 plays.

I was a lucky bastard but does that makes the game bad? No, because i won... The game lost the joy to play because of lack of more bonuses. Well all our slots are like this, boring... That's something we need to discuss more on this forum.
Most of my friends play on their phones slots games and the reason i never spoke about MTV games is because they would not like this type of slots. We need to UPGRADE OUR PRODUCTS and stop forgeting new ones!!!

It's true, all our products are working but, are they working 100% as they should?
PV,PPMG,PBG are and why? Because of that awesome rework. We need to do the same to all our products. Felt the need to share this and i think we should make some kind of survey to our players, like "wich type of games would you like to see here?" and much more.

This has been explained before, but for old times' sake:

Result calculations for super slots (and any other game with progressive jackpots) takes into account any jackpot additions (if they were won yet or not), based on bets.

Specifically from plays, MTV's game is actually in profit all times with $1541 profit (or "0.4% house edge" won so far), as the house edge was mainly skewed by big lucky winners. However there is about ~$7k of unwon jackpots that was added to the funds from user bets, taking into potential any future won jackpots - this system helps prevent that in the future if a jackpot is won, it won't be counted as a huge negative day - as it was already accounted for.

Note there's also 0.25% ref commission accounted in the results.

Statistically, we're currently also I believe about less than "25% on the way" for all the jackpots to be won. Meaning that by the time they are won, there will also be more house profits from the plays made until then.

In PV's example, the game so far is 55.669mil BAP in profit from plays with 49mil put in jackpot funds (on PV a bunch of jackpots were won already).

Well Slosumo, you say 3 things:
1. The game is negative, but if we count jackpots into profit then it is positive.
2. The game is profitable on Paidverts
3. You mention the ref.commissions

My questions:
1. Why would you take those jackpots into account. They will be won someday and they are not put into reserve for nothing.
2. We have had a game before which was profitable on Paidverts but not on MTV. After several weeks of discussion it was shut down and all bets were reversed.
3. The ref.commissions don't go to the balance sheet, so that has nothing to do with the profitabilty of the game (it has with that from the player, yes). The players money will shrink while MTV's balance doesn't grow.

1) Because at the time we thought it (and the general consensus of the crowd as well) is best to do this to offset any major jackpots to put results into negative - as everyone always was off-put by negative days and preferred for things to stay consistently positive. A more important thing - from my perspective, is that it ensures that in the event of a jackpot the company has the money to cover for it. As if the money is accounted for on the go, when a jackpot is won there is money to cover for it guaranteed. On the opposite, imagine a jackpot of $50k being won, that was NOT accounted for on the go via bets, it would mean that results/dev funds would be bigger and could've been paid to the public/business expenses. It could result in a major liquidity issue if potential jackpot wins weren't accounted for when one such win would occur.
2. Where is the question here?

3. Ref commissions have EVERYTHING to do with profitability of the game. It is included in the results, and deducted from them. If we'd make a game with 0.25% house edge and it also paid out 0.25% ref commission, then we'd have made an awfully planned product that would bring nothing. Ref commissions HAVE to be included in determining the profitability of a product and why they are included in game result calculations.

Ok, but if we're "storing" money for the case of jackpots being won, then we're still technically "in loss", so to say.

Here I'd ask, do you have any cap planned in how much money you plan to reserve for jackpots, meaning, if we will at any amount stop giving a cut for jackpots?

i really think that game should be shut down .....there are no good words for it.

Its all of our money that is getting lost , so really shut it down and get it profitable before putting it back on

Personally, I don't understand the explanation well enough, but I trust Andraz to have done the math to have figured it out.

Enough with this spreading false bad news.

Apparently, negative days are actually good and it's just the low volume that makes them negative. If there was higher volume some days would be $100 good and others would be $600 good, with the $100 being the former negative $500.
