Well PayPal doesn't seem to be going anywhere. They've now blocked the account from evening receiving deposits - and we still don't have a reply from them. They will not seem to give us a straight answer. I don't understand it; we are in complete compliance with their TOS - but they don't seem to want to do business with us. Strange, and frustrating! We'd turnover millions, and they'd make a fortune. But they couldn't care less it seems.

We're taking the following course of action:

1) All PayPal cashouts will be cancelled shortly. And the funds automatically returned to your PV earnings balance. From there, please find an alternative method of cashout.

2) We'll remove PayPal from the purchase form. And update the cashier page with a message regarding PayPal.

3) We'll focus on adding as many new payment processors as we can in the coming weeks. And we'll keep working on PayPal behind the scenes; but I think that's going to take a while before we get anywhere.

4) Paul will bulk reply all the open support tickets today; with a generic message about the PayPal update. And then i'll find the actual important support tickets and address those ASAP.

That's bull... Can't understand why they can't even focus on an important issue from big customers like PaidVerts and get it solved ASAP instead of dragging it for weeks with crappy replies. Let's hope you manag to resolve it in the following weeks though as PayPal would definitely be a great addition!

Jo you should call Paypal on their phone numbers they can't reply fast on emails.
Provide all things which they need on phone this is great way to resolve issue as compare to email reply.

We've called them dozens of times. All that happens is they try to reconnect you to a department they can't get hold of. Spanish PayPal is utterly useless.

PP-003-165-837-485 -- this is our case ID.
Try submitting them a message asking why they won't do business with PaidVerts. When they happily service every other PTC on the planet. We're in complete compliance with their TOS. Our account is fully verified. Never had any problems with chargebacks. All we have is super high demand; and rather than upgrade our account. They've turned it off. Pff!

No idea why Paypal doing thing like this. They don't know how to deal with users which have great businesses. I think all users of Paidverts + MTV which have Paypal account should send messages about Paidverts + MTV Paypal account problem. This will create high pressure on them then they will reply fast and resolve Jo issue.

Maybe it would be better to contact PayPal support in USA. I just don't understand why there is no direct communication to come up with an actual solution.

Contacting US support would just result in getting told to call Spanish support.

PayPal has plenty of low level support; who are all very polite and helpful. But when it comes to any actual decision making, you get forwarded on up the chain to their verifications / review people. And that then takes forever; and is entirely unhelpful.

Each department then just bounces you back and forth; for complete deniability.

Btw I just noticed that there's now a "Play cash games at MTV" under games a PaidVerts. How long has it been there? Great idea - looks like it's the reason why game plays have risen the last couple of days?

The one and only reason paypal is the most popular online payment processor is that the owner and creator of paypal threw a lot of money at making paypal the most popular.  They are probably afraid of MTV because with as big as we're getting we could create a payment processor that would be more popular than they are.

Jo, be carefull with WebMoney. They also like to block accounts. And, as I know, don't allow investment and casino.

We are only planning to accept WebMoney for PaidVerts. Same setup like we had PayPal. As that should work for any processor.

Users are only cashing out their ad view earnings. And buying advertising with the payment processor. Simple and nothing wrong with that.

Payza is also against investment.
Payza should be used as direct advertising buying and cashing out.

I quite agree with@dynamo4u you dont have to add all pay processors jo..dont make things worse by getting frozen funds every where...kindky be focused like other regular PTC.....All of promoters are promoting paidverts so...it is not pay processors that will attract people here...................my 1cent.........I PRAY PAYPAL APPROVES....may be i book a novena for you if it'll help....gd luck

And just to be clear...
We are still working to re-instate PayPal. Just in the mean time, rather than keeping everyone hanging on indefinitely. We are taking decisive action; and basically assuming the worst. And shutting down PayPal.

If we can get it back online, then great.

And if we cant accept Paypal for ad purcahses; I will pursure PayPal again, but as a cashout only method. As it's a really convenient way to pay withdrawals. Both for you guys, and us.
