Hey,

We've swapped over to the new servers.

However, it's not been without incident; the wrong database was loaded at one point, where we lost most of Sunday. However that's just been restored. So Sunday is back!

But I believe you'll have lost any activity from the start of this server day, up until just before now! But that's not a whole lot; MTV is super quiet at that time.

PaidVerts is currently offline, as if the 200+ support tickets are anything to go by; there's a few bugs with the ad views + payment processor SCI's... We'll get that all back online ASAP -- we're likely waiting for Paul to come online and sort a few bits out.

I'll keep you posted as soon as I know anything. But the new servers are operational! And the domain name repointed. So that's good.

And after today; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing! And whenever things start working again; i'll announce todays daily ad issue!

We're repointing the PV domain name now... It'll likely be another 2hours before it'll propagate throughout the world. And then we'll try and put the site back up.

Getting closer; PV homepage is beginning to work again. Every other page will be the final trick smile

Ok..paidverts.com works, but if you put a www in front of it it still says that: PaidVerts is coming back shortly .. just thought you should know wink Because the referral links include the "www", no new members can join :/ Oh and will you send an email to everyone about the site being back? The emails I get are from My traffic value. So if my referrals haven't visited MTV site do they still get the emails? I know that they are automatically regitered but this "thing" about the email sendings puzzles me smile

I will do the daily ad issue in a few hours; let's give things chance to settle first. Make sure everything is working and the DNS is propagated all over the world.

Im from india, paidverts isn't yet back..still displaying same massage what you have been mentioned as "coming back shortly". could you please let me know, are you still having any kind of issues to bring it online, is this only in india ?

Not working for me yet.
And it might be good to let paidverts users know to check for news in this forum, since some are already complaining that the site is offline and that they are losing BAP since they don't know about the tax.

And Jo I have some refers overnight, I received the email notification saying I have new refrs, but they don't appear on the list. Now did I lost them?

The maintenance message means you're viewing the old server. Refresh the page; and if it loads the same. Try again in 30minutes.

It's working fully here. We're just waiting for the DNS to propagate everywhere.

I guess we just have to wait.

But Jo will also have to wait with daily issue because who knows when PV will start working in some countries because of this DNS thing.

Give it time; some ISP's are faster than others at refreshing their data. And I'll send out a mass email shortly.
