We're still waiting for a reply from both PayPal + Payza. And we're signing up to https://bitpay.com/ at the moment, so we can integrate BitCoin properly into the website.

The next programming focus will be on the Super User upgrade (gaining priority receiving the 1% ads) ... And also the "Cheap Traffic Ads" option, where you can buy lots of visits to your website, very cheaply.

But the main focus right now is payment processors! We need to be able to accept & send out money. That's going to be key to taking this business to the next level. Portfolio & Revenues are all looking good. Share price is rocketing along... Once we sort out the payment processors, I think we're primed to explode. Nothing really else required; just more of the same!

I think admin you should resolve payment processors issue on phone as they reply very slow on email and phone support is good option.

Any news about shares split?

I'm sure share price would reach $0.10-$0.20 with the 10fold shares quantity.

Many member who don't buy any share because of the current price would buy a few at cheap price.

And, paidverts would continue to buy tons of shares. You would buy about 5-10 times more shares per day, so there would be so much movements in the stock market that people would be even more tempted (in my opinion) to buy shares as they disappear so fast.

Plus, many people would not understand the difference and would jump on a seemingly awesome opportunity (shares a lot cheaper).

Agreed. I'll try and slot that in somewhere! We always need 3 things doing at once;

- Super User Upgrade
- Payment Processors
- Shares!

I think it is a bit to early to split the shares. I would rather see less shares with a higher value then twice as many with half the current value.

The amount of shares is irrelevant. Shareholders earn the exact same amount; 19% of turnover.

The main point to splitting the shares is making them affordable. As $0.46+ each is a fair bit of money; and people viewing ads at PaidVerts can't afford to buy shares so easily. As they have to get to 50% of the minimum cashout value just to buy one... Whereas if we split them, for the same price; they only need to earn 5cents; and they can afford a share (whilst they're still 95% away from the minimum cashout value)... And thereby; more likely to buy shares. And the more people that buy; the higher the price will climb.

Plus visually... its easy to comprehend a $0.04 share doubling in value. As $0.04 to $0.08 is tiny money as far as your brain can see. But $0.40 to $0.80 is a "bigger increase". And thereby your brain makes it seem less likely... And that little perception difference is of huge importance; as if people have confidence the price will rise easily; more will buy. And they'll create the price increase. And by increasing the price; they guarantee the performance of PV; and that then grows; and we have a huge positive chain of events justifying each other.

The shares thing we'll do ASAP; it should be a real quick fix. As we're not changing anything beyond having 10x more shares than you currently own. Adjusting a few words / stats... and dividing up the dividends by 38m rather than 3.8m (and subsequently i'll have to issue dividends in multiples of $380. So we dont have any rounding issues)
