We are changing our cashout fees, based on what we are able to offer right now.
We have no bitcoins available and we're even short on bitcoin a lot to pay our staff, but exchangers increased their prices for PM> BTC from 1-1.5% to 5-8%.

This makes us unable to meet the huge demand for bitcoin cashouts as of now.
On top of that we pay about $2 per small btc cashout (Even on $1 cash outs) on top of volatility which is extreme during the past week.
Earlier today we even paid $65 in transaction costs for a transaction of $2000.

This has led us to the following changes:

Payza cashouts will drop from 6% to 4% in costs (We have a lot of Payza, so you can ask the support to transfer your balance and you will be able to get a fast cash out)

Perfect Money cashouts will drop from 5.5% to 4.5%

Bitcoin cashouts will increase from 5% to $1+ 7%, with a $10 minimum.

Soon we will be adding litecoin and ethereum as well, which are additional crypto currency options, lowering the demand for bitcoin.

why is my current cashout cancled? i think you should pay cureent cashouts that are alredy made and continue to pay at new rates after some date/time, like serious bussineses do. They put a date, when changes will applay.
this is pretty much the same as you would cancel all pending FTQ, change the rate and now everyone could invest again sad

Or atleast those that had pending cashouts, they deserve transfer and free cashout with another procesor.

I totally agree with @Bopyer.

Marc you started behaving unprofessional even ridiculous. .... If MTV is bleeding that musn't be a problem for cashouts.. All the deposited money to MTV (which was used for instance for RPs) should be stored in $ and not in BTC so the BTC price has no impact on investors money.. it must be untouchable as well thats why cashouts should not be a problem...

I am guessing the pending cashout was canceled cause of the change which all that has to be done it request it.

Destinyman if MTV is bleeding BTC it would not make sense to put more money into BTC to pay cash out. Does not matter if Marc has them locked in a steel vault the value goes down MTV can not afford to keep sending out cash out in BTC cause they losing money. So i think Marc is being very professional and ration. Better then another site i am dealing with they just announced they are no longer dealing it BTC until after the big meeting or what ever is going on with BTC to see what it does. All BTC balance can be transferred to another processor they use. which is only two more neither which is a option for the US or spent on the site. When or if they start BTC all balance would previous balance would be put in a site balance account that would have the same option as we do now. But there would not be away to withdrawal them from the site. that is what i call crazy.

Just like all perfect money withdrawal should be canceled and the users allow to withdrawal at the new rate.

Bopyer, your demand doesn't make sense at all.
We paid all cashouts up until 2 days ago and we completely ran out of Bitcoins a long time ago.
We have been paying bitcoin cashouts at a loss for over 2 months now.

If you want us to take more debt just to pay your cash out, then you obviously don't understand what a crowdfunded business is aiming for.
We plan to be here for everyone and that means that we are aiming to stay in business.
We will never favor the demands of an individual over the well being of the entire business.

@Destinyman: You don't seem to understand that RP's are being bought and sold with ALL payment processors and the reality shows that deposits are 80% with other processors than btc, while 90% of cash outs are being requested through btc.

this is the right option to solve any loss in BTC...not only us make a decision, other company also make a drastic changes of their fee to reduce any loss during transaction...for those who just think about themselves without knowing the reason behind...you all just wanted to take advantage of what going on to BTC right now... we still have an option to cash out to reduce the fee using other processor...if that allowed to do so...

But, Payza is not available to MTV, just PV, buying Ads/Products only.
Same status as Neteller btw.

That leaves STP, which isn't game friendly, but is ok elsewise.

Maybe you can deposit in BTC and cashout in STP?

BTW, I'm not sure about fees in regards to STP to "Bank".
I've read various ranges and haven't looked into them.

OFC, we don't want accounts frozen for suspected money laundering, even though we fully well known this isn't what you'd be doing.

I think this is an extreme emergency measure taken due to btc closure. So payza better be applied to MTV. Cuz I hate solidtrust pay to death !

If Payza could be applied, it would, it's their terms not ours that prevents it (just like PayPal, back when we were "ok" with them),

What do you mean closure?

BTW, I thought we had 2 weeks for MTV cashouts, in which case, new BTC deposists should be able to come in to be used for the oldest of those, until BTC starts rising again.

But, I guess if the ratio of BTC deposit vs BTC cashout is that extreme, I can see why.

Other sites do the thing where either your most depsoited is where you are only allowed to cashout OR only certain % can go to the ones you deposited less to. Much more of a headachle management wise than just changing the fees/raising the cashout limit to minimize BTC rate volatility.

Another reason I'm waiting for MTV Bank, yes this could be a decade away, I don't like BTC for it's volatility. IF Owners can't find a way with 2 weeks to break even, then when they chose to do my cashout at the best time fir them, I'll have to wait to turn it into USD or to get it back up to 0.027 or 0.054 BTC for MM donation.

I see a lot « crowfunded, crowfunded » so how about creating some real crowdfunding? Let people crowfund themselves like indigogo. And the stuff BTCPOP does super cool too !

there a difference between crowdfunding and Crowdloaning what BTCPOP does is peer to peer loaning. Totally different then what we trying to do here. BTCPOP you basically ask for a loan from people you dont know and hope they grant your request. True crowdfunding is when you put your money together to help other earn money by creating more money for the company. You fund the companies projects and in return you get money back.

That platform will cost money to build so it needs to be justified based on a reasonable return on investment pretty quick. We just can't go building things unless they can produce income for us

So, i got 2 queries now:

1. Why does all MTV related email arrive at my SPAM box on Gmail?

I haven't marked your email addresses as SPAM nor something similar.

2. So I just requested a BTC cashout.
After reading previous comments in this thread.. does it mean that it will take 'forever' to receive it in my wallet (considering the current MTV situation) ?!

Thanks

Yes if you dont add the address to your safe list they will forever end up in spam. You do this by adding them to your contact list. From the message click the down V beside the arrow and then click on add to contacts.

As for when you will get your bitcoin withdrawal i am not sure on that one.

would one of the mods or someone from the team please check out this post. http://www.mytrafficvalue.com/forum/brainstorm/sports_bettingbetting_exchanger/1.html#p528987
