Wait on support to get caught up with what the boss said. Not sure what you put in your message asking for the transfer but you might need to tell them you wanting to transfer balances so you can withdrawal according to Marc post.

About the big loss in CF.
As far as I can see, there are "two" game players with the same ip.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me a pretty dubious situation.

Now salmanshandu has a refferal, too: sammarnisar. Same registration ip. same country, same game, same deposit method. And the chain continoues. I don't say they are cheating in the game, but they are multiaccounting for sure.

I can imagine that big gamblers can bend the rules a little without any consequenses for them.
But I think that they are taking it to far.
The rules should be there for everyone, also for them.

Now, they are also moving big chunks of RP between them, messing up the whole market.

Thank you for sending my money to payza and now I have initiated bank transfer from payza to my bank. This is the final test to see if my American bank will accept payza.. then as druth stated we will get our money back from crypto funding with the original deposit minus the profit. If those two can be transferred to my bank with no problem after all this then I'm a very happy camper regardless of how much I put in !

Just a note about the big, saudi arabian gamblers.

We are not letting them off the bat, not at all even.
All of their multi-accounts that were used for referral abuse have been banned and cleaned.
The current accounts you see playing are unique and have sent us their documents, they are merely friends/acquaintances, playing with different IP's.

Regarding the share market you should not fear the downtrend, but capitalize on it.
A few days ago a few people saw the big wins of the gamblers and their trading patterns and started profiting from it.
People like Breezy, Axiantor and more sold in the 33-36 range and bought back in the 30-31 range.
As you can see Zafar just lost $5500 in the past 24 hours and salman is starting to lose money as well.
This means that they will need more cash and sell off their last rp's.
The way to profit is simple, you simply put a bid at 0.0031 and wait.
You could even put an instant sale at 0.0033-0.0036 which is where it will bounce back to once this massive selling pressure has been lifted.

I welcome those gamblers and hope they bring other gamblers here. How about a prize in BAP for big volume. For instance, for every total of 10,000$ bets you get some BAPs. They could sell the BAPs in the RP market or maybe even be active members on PV.
