I looked at your BAP history from the 18th to today (can't go further back b/c the programmers long ago updated the history to be only 30 days for members who have Shareholder Access) and don't see a + of BA via purchase or Admin Adjustment (just AA and Gambles). You are free to gamble all the BAP you had. I looked at your STP screenshot but that doesn't tell me which Ad Campaign # that goes to. Are you certain the cash actually left you STP account? This does happen from time to time. You only have 3 BA purchases in your PV Campaign History, and none of them are w/n 1 week or later of the 17th of Jan. I think Marc is in the wrong...which is why you don't see a like from me on his post. I think Marc didn't look far enough into your case. I understand your frustration, believe me, but try harder ro remain polite and courteous, even in spite of how you are treated. I know it's tough. BTW, he is right that, no matter how long the wait DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR TICKET (when you were the last to reply), it only puts you back at the bottom of the queue again. Though, honestly, tickets do get lost, and I'd rather wait 1 week (if that's how long it's backed up over months b/c it's lost). I don't have enough access to go further in depth. I do know that everyone involved with MTV/PV etc are upstanding individuals. We all need to be polite and wait for Admin to come back around to try and resolve this...as much as $11 is not worth their time, the reputation is. As far as proof with approved, don't you get that right away? Did you see the almost $11 leave your STP Balance and not come back? I don't have an STP account, nor do I know how some transactions get caught in limbo. I'm not sure why DevNull didn't find and manually approve your pending camaigns where the money did leave your account but not reach your MTV/PV balance. Admin will read at some point and take action from there. I agree $11 for many acorss the world, is a significant amount, I didn't mean to say otherwise. However, for this site, it's next to nothing (for instance, the equivalent of 2% of one days Group Ads). Though if it was a bug, which could lead to more loss, either in support time or in lost revenue, then it would be a bigger deal. But, like I also said, our repuation (mainly thorugh results, lacking results customer service) is everything, The Admin aren't here all the time, like I implied, they have lots on their plates, but they will get to it. I don't know the whole history btwn you and support. Closing tickets, removing pending campaigns as to when you did that vs when they had chance to reply, manually approve etc. All that further complicates resolving this in a timely manner. I'm not saying the money is going back to your STP account, it may have never left. Do you have a balance of STP that shows the removal...like $11 b4 and $0.20? after? They can't approve a campaign that does not have the funds arrived in the site's STP account in that case. Though, they should have replied stating that they have no proof it left your STP account. Like I said, I do not have a full enough picture, wish I did. Also, have you at least started a new ticket and made sure you were clear in what happenned with your purchase? So when you get to the site, instead of all the BAP ads, you start out with one ad at 1 - 5 BAP. As you do that you randomly get more ads that increase the number of BAP you can win. You keep climbing the number with the more you click until you get to the top of the ladder and this one is random with a potential for the huge bonus And another would be a BAP climbing game. So you start at the bottom. You watch an ad for one BAP. Every time you watch another ad you are gambling that you don't lose all your BAP. So the next ad is 2, then 4, then 6, then 9. The higher you climb, the more BAP you can earn but the odds of losing them all increases too. The odds of getting a huge bonus is there but the odds are very small. With this one, it is not your daily BAP bonus so people can do it as much as they want. If you say you paid directly through STP, then the payment could have failed. Check your STP for any outgoing transaction of that amount. I checked your account history and there are no records of any campaigns bought. When it is pending, it is possible to delete it, which might be the reason it doesn`t show.
