I think this should be enough to go to the police  and make a decent report. Don't say its a fake address or name  because if there is traces of him online he is gonna be found in rl through  corresponding documentation .

There needs to be a stop to  this ridiculous hacking attempts or  You ( menagment ) try to catch  the guys behind attacks . It has been done before it can be done again  ( catching the bad guys ). People leave traes online and they are gonna be found easy as 1,2,3 . this is not 1999  so we dont have decent trackers . DO YOUR JOB

EDIT:
PS :   I have never said that it can be secured 100% ( some cases it can )
PS2 : Slosumo and the other guy (  I want to insert  some words too ) Not . Because this needs  to be professional and legitimate  solution of a problem which is current  HACKINGS . Make up for it  its been enough forgiveness.

What does that have to do with anything if tor is not bridged doesn't do anything again vpn provider had to give data of the user if the user  committed a criminal action ??or am i hallucinating   ? you have ISP you have NAME  and you have address  of the attacker right now> what do you need more to continue  advancing toward solving a fraud/theft  issue. Deal with it. enough is enough .

PS : i think this is his FB profile https://www.facebook.com/vladi.kirov?ref=br_rs

Get on with it  enough  of lame excuses : ohh we got hacked lets sit on our asses . make moves  (Y)

@rayden1991

now stop this, 5k USD is very little for our big company and even lawyer costs may be more than that,

let all this go and move forward to what warclicks can bring in 2018wink

@Rayden, those VPN providers will never share information. As mentioned by Ajay, hiring a lawyer to handle this will cost even more than we lost, much more. You're also forgetting that this company is not completely legal. As long as that's not solved, we won't win any case in a court and they may even shut this site down, although we're not doing illegal things.

This is not the first  time this happened , I did not say  go take a lawyer. I sad go  and take the data provided and report to the police or Europol or even IC3 form  to FBI . There is options  to chose from or do all of them. As a director  of MTV i imply Marc to go and report to every possible protection institution  as  first level is police. We are all owners  of MTV as it is crowdfunding website and management need to do everything to help return the money or  to stop  the guy from hurting financial  status of someone else  , tomorrow it can be you who got their money hacked or stolen then i would like to see how would you react.

@gugakip If police gets a varant  the VPN provider HAVE to provide data as CRIMINAL action have been committed . VPN does not protect you from punishment  for a committed crime . And again i repeat  I did not say go to court with this  I sad go to police  and put that zero from human in Jail  where he belongs

@Ajay0000 I have a feeling this is not taken seriously   this time it was 6K  previous time around the same  amount  time before that even more  and do i have to remember  how much Joel stole  from us huh , Not a cent was  given back  not a person got convicted for fraud/Stealing. No more , things need to  be brought to order  now.

You really don't understand that going to the police is not an option? We are just not legal. Look, we are a crowdfunding business, but we don't have a license to have one. As long as we don't scam people, governments will most likely let us do our thing. Who would go to the police? Marc? If Marc does, he has a higher probability of ending in jail than the hackers as he runs this business.
That being said, I don't know a lot about VPN and stuff, but the fact that big criminals are able to stay hidden, means a lot lol. Criminal investigations or not, if you know how to hide your IP (which hackers most likely know very well) there's no way they will find us. A hacker may use a botnet to hide his IP for example, and then the probability of finding him is very, very small.

Heh again distracting from the main issue here hacker  and  how to deal with them and get our money. report the guy through online forms if nothing else . And i went through few pages for EU crowdfunding regulations and it says it can be legalized here in NL  and that we are protected by law  from stealing , he can report it as personal  loss and report it as that to police . STOP making Excuses . we are sick and tired of those  . WE want results

Edit: In 2014 lending and equity based platforms have to register at the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in order to get a licence to operate or an exemption for this license. More than 60 platforms are now registered.

Rayden, what do you not understand about that ip and info having zero value?
If you're so sure of your case, chase it yourself.
I am telling you: It's a VPN, the info is false.. it's fugazi.. air.. nothing.

The way you're treating us makes me think twice the next time I have to make a decision about whether I'll be open and honest or just keep things quiet.
There used to be times at which it helped bonding the group instead of getting some smart ass to tell us we're a bunch of lazy asses.

I don't think you realise the kinds of risks I'm taking running a business like this (which doesn't benefit me in any way and I'm basically running it since I actually cared enough for the community).
Then there's a ton of things regarding Carlos I hope to be able to one day talk about.

Those that have been here long enough can clearly tell the difference between my approach before and now.
I used to be the same like you.. Wanting to punish every low life on the internet and save the entire world, basically be a super hero.

Now, 3 years into running this business, I've been dealing with at least 20-25 different cases of hacks, betrayal, backstabs and just having to deal with a ton of burdens which I solely carry due to feeling responsible for the community.
It changes your perspective.
Perspective is everything.

Under no circumstance will I allow my team or me to be called lazy, as you genuinely have no idea how hard it is to run a business like this and we've achieved the impossible with minimal tools.
A business that I was "given" with $1.3m debt, barely any real income, extremely high bills, a ton of hacks, a partner unable to deliver on his promises (this snippet is more than I ever released before and I hope to be able to expand on it in the future) a team of people each with families to take care of while we had no funds..
Almost 3 years in we've got the most profitable perfect money related casino, the only sustainable ptc/revshare website on the internet, a blossoming game that's being adopted by the industries' giants, nearly debt free and a ton more achievements.

None of this has been easy.
And the only way we even got here is because I picked my battles wisely.
You don't chase some randomer with a vpn for $5k, especially if you haven't patched the loophole yet.
If it wasn't for Agency, you would have never gotten the information in the first place.
The hacker's acts might be immoral, but releasing such info on our forum doesn't solve anything either.
Yan and Jo were battles that were worth it, in which we had a ton more info and we all know we never succeeded in reclaiming those either.

Let this be the last about the topic.

I have been following MTV since almost very own start  I know through what hell You/we   have been to bring it out of debt and into  a good company. I strongly  think you should keep  posting everything about attackers and any people that try to hurt us as company.  i'm sorry if i was  overly blunt its just  really hard  to maintain positivity when we are getting attacked   almost every month for crying out loud .
Only thing i hate is literally doing nothing about .
Thanks for the all around answer I appreciate it.

I understand.
We all take different approaches and we're all frustrated whenever these things happen to us.
The main power of mtv is that we usually act as a team, instead of fighting one another.
Sometimes we just have to accept the fact that not every battle is one for us to be fighting.
I sent him a threatening email as well, but I knew I could never get this guy anyway, I was hoping he wouldn't call my bluff, but he simply ignored it.
There's not a lot else we can do.

In the past we offered them jobs as white hat hackers (a controversial decision I had to make, but this is how you can further secure your sites) to which almost none of them would respond.
Each of these hackers usually has 1 or 2 tricks up their sleeves and they attempt to get into 100s of websites a day by using that 1 trick.
They then move on and it's not worth chasing them since a VPN makes them barely untraceable.
I'll make sure his PM account gets banned, but that won't return us any funds either.

I would still report him at these two web sites :

https://www.europol.europa.eu/report-a-crime/report-cybercrime-online

https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

I have reported few websites for    loose  of $50 ( i know not much) and they  took down the web sites  really fast. It cant do any harm right just help.

I wish that "human" lose 100 fold more than he stole from us

I am sorry, didn't have all this in mind when I tried to share the info. We can do so far, but if you can spam his emails, report his accounts, and let him know that we are after him, maybe he will stop someday.

This is his Advcash Account also U312098849789

REGARDING HACKER:

Ok here is one thing or more, based on this, seems like easy trace. So hacker is either rookie, or is very very good. I would rather say very good, why?

1. It is possible he was in other country when he hacked. But other way around, would he really do that with private data and his own account? Hm, ye, naive way to think. Not that is not possible, but naive.

2. Based on location + e-mail client with .ru domain its probably working or was living there, so I would guess that guy using that e-mail is probably from other country

3. Since IP + mail clients are not from same country that can give you some clue that either hacker is pro and hacked some e-mails too, or he did naive mistakes.

4. Still I dont know what guts you must have to do business from hacked e-mails on the way that other guy who uses those, dont see it? Very hard to believe it too. Except if he (hacker) created fictive details about fictive person. Hackers are known to use e-mail clients/spammers/bots with/from some insane domains, marks, signs.... Further investigation would be needed if that guy really does live.

My guess:
many people using bitcoin have hacked mails. Yahoo had hacked database + popular bitcoin forum had it too. So would not surprise me that hacker went one step further, used private line + hacked into another account to do what he did.

- would be interesting to see what is in those e-mails but easily possible its either just decoy, or those are hacked, and that guy has no clue. Any way exploring those is out of the way of law (at least for me).

- still hacker cant hide, or can do that hard way because even with vpn, proxy, you alwas leave some kind of a trace, its possible to follow money flow (virtual one), and access his IP even from those e-mails. Only problem is that he still could do it from wi-fi spot on some isolated ground. What would need cameras involved to find responsible person, and deep deep investigation.

My first pick why would be hard to track this? Payment Processor will not give all needed infos about hacker to proceeed it to you. Only what is possible to do is to get some court/police order against anonymous, in this case probably Interpol, and then maybe Payment Processor would give some info, to see where money went further, and further, and further.

I am almost sure, PP will not say where hacker dropped money further, because that guy probable used more destinations before his final one. That is why I said that they just dont do enough to make internet marketing better.

Also I am curious, would there be time when FINALLY all websites and PP's will block proxy use or VPN. In script I put on paper/and that was tested into virtual testing area, I made so strickt roles than even God would not save him, and no skills in this universe to avoid ban even trying to reach website, and all related accounts would be automatically banned even when system detects that he is trying to login in account with VPN or proxy with different IP location. Not to mention that he would not have even possibility to cashout even if he gets in based of insane roles. No mercy to that + many other ways to detect that crap. There are policy + TOS rules about reaching accounts from another country or sharing computers.

Many users on many sites are banned for stupid reasons, but believe it or not people that is to stop bots + those hackers. And that is exactly why people should stop use multiple accounts and read TOS of the sites.

Why would all sites want to ban that? In most cases using a proxy/vpn is not an issue at all. There's many reasons why a "normal person" would want to use them that are perfectly acceptable. Using them doesn't say "this person is a hacker!" at all, even though in most cases hackers do use them for obvious reasons. But it's not a bi-directional connection.

Because website wants to use only connections that are registered into internet providers legally. So if you use for example IP from T-Mobile, then we/they know who you are, or at least they do know who used that IP and in what area and when, they will track it (records are in ROUTER of their clients anyway including those accesses into users router from outside, and also those data will stay on T-Mobile grid also, I guess), and you will have very good legal ground if hacker did it from that IP to register anonymous entry in router of other person. So on any way if you allow only access from registered service providers, risk is way lower.

Honestly I would block all unregistered connections, simple and directly. No mercy, I dont care what reasons people have to use other connections. Its for protection of majority. If they dont use public + paid way, not my problem and they should find other way same as 99 % people on this planet. Same as hackers dont do care about others.

BUT: Still in order to get court or police order (for example in Croatia) to access those data against anonymous is such a massive pain in the ass. Internet providers just dont like to share any info about their users. So yes, In this case too would be needed to fill dispute against anonymous, then police would demand order from service provider, and then you would get some info. Then maybe court order would happen finally, but as I heard those are pain in the ass and mostly slow procedures, maybe few weeks? Dont know.

But then again I am not network manager so I am not much into that area too (same as not into programming), there are people who just know better and more about VPN. I am probably not avare how much people using those. Just saying my opinions what some sites have. Only my 5 cents, does not mean I am not wrong, could be I am.

Just want to interject CS and NB don't allow VPN's for years (ever?), just saying.

In fact, one of the reasons is the Cash Offers sections of their websites (just like our's) have Country specific Offers, so there is issues there.
