Our marketing campaign hasn't caused us a lot of direct results as of now. Between the holidays and the low budget we spent so far we didn't dive deep into it yet. It's a trial and error-process which will pan out the required results over a period of time. Indirect sign ups seem to pick up though, which might be a result of SEO and overall branding. I will get a detailed report from Rok tomorrow, as today it's a slovenian holiday. To be continued. -- Polish office update: During the last week we were mainly focused on the Sumo Roll game. Since the previous update we designed the draft architecture for both server and game - we were able to uccessfully set up communication between those two components with the usage of generated code. We started working with received graphics after initiation of Unity Game project. First drafts of major scenes like main menu and game itself were implemented. Some work was made also on backend of the game. We implemented Base class for Controllers and Models to keep compatibility for api versions. Currently we're working on proper handling of physics and user controlling in game. Below are the actual changes which were made: -Added initial scene of MainMenu and Game itself -Started working with physics and collisions -Init game background in separate camera view -Added generated backend interface controllers/models into subfolder Api -Removed default params on behalf of overloading methods in communication interface generated code -Added handling of compatibility with .net35 for communication interface generated code At the same time, we were working on the Development Fund Accounting feature. This should automate the dev funds calculation and provides some monitor options with the use of different statistics. The dev funds accounting sheet will handle daily and monthly data processing, i.e. the system will do all calculations each day - admin should only check (alternatively modify) given values. Currently we are testing and fixing this feature on the fly. We're also checking that all data processing is being prepared in line with our dev funds accounting formula. Furthermore, we wanted to know how BMF profits structure looks like and if the whole project is profitable at the present day. We've prepared summary pages in the admin area, that takes into account our fees, volatility between currencies and manipulations costs. Apart from this, a fees page was added. It shows how fees structure look like. You can get on this page through the main menu on the BMF site. And last, but not least, at the end of the previous week we have started researching the possibility to monetize the PV mobile app. We want to add some native banners functionality both on Android and iOS version. -- Most likely at the end of next week we will have a new project available on the project funding page. We are planning to rework the offer and survey-wall on Paidverts in full to maximize the profits we generate from them. We used to generate a lot more cash from them when we newly added them to the website, but the amount of people checking up on them is consistently dropping. We want to make it crystal clear that there's a lot of value in that section for every Paidverts user. We're looking for $5000-$7500 which would pay a programmer for 1-1.5 months to completely rework it. ROI will be 30% (Investment+ 30% profit), which will be repaid through paying you 100% of the profits we make on our offerwalls until repaid. -- Furthermore I think we're ready to specify and fund a bigger project in the near future. In the world of online earnings things usually pick up mid January and February and March are the best/most profitable months.. We should try to profit from it and start working on something larger. Please let us know if you would be interested/able to fund a more expensive project and we'll know if it's worth it to spend time on brainstorming it as of now. -- We will send an email to all of our users next week to give them an overall update of our company. We came up with 2 ideas to monetize this. We will be sending an email to 2 million people, why not try to find a partnership with an affiliate company and simply put their link/A small bit of advertising in the email? It might translate in some extra earnings/a new revenue stream and it would give us an incentive to email our users more often. Feel free to come up with suggestions of good/profitable/proven affiliate companies. It can be anything.. Hosting, Scripts, Clothing, you name it. The 2nd method for us to monetize this is to find an advertiser who would be interested to leave his banner/link in the email. That would mean that you reach 2 million people, that should be worth at least $1000 (This is negotiable if you are interested in using this option more frequently). Would you be interested or would you know someone who would be interested? Our code/construction is very complex and of a high level. We are always willing to check "your guy" out, but there's quite a list of requirements. I personally might have a portuguese addition to the team in the near future as well, but it's like finding a needle in a haystack. It is hard to find someone with the knowledge to do this work. But regarding the cheaper personnel, it depends in how much is that job payed in that country, and at least in Argentina depends in, the study's you have, and how much experience the employee have. If you want you can find a $5k here, he/she will have more than 30 years of experience. But a $2k salary here is a really good salaries. And only a qualified employee have that salary. Don't look for the cheapest workers, search for the qualified ones that earn more. If you want, I can ask my friend if he is interested working here. I don't know if it is technically possible or not. But if it is possible, then Vecors knows the Dollarclix admin well. P.S. I have not talked to Dollarclix admin about this.
