Today i'd like to talk a bit more about MyMatrix.
As told before we have been done on our end for a long while now, the waiting is for Brian to deliver the script.

One of our programmers works for Brian at the moment.
I've told Brian to pass him the task, which he did (partially) and our programmer finished it extremely fast.
Now the waiting is for Brian to give him the rest of the task, for which I have no idea why it's taking so long.
I used to believe that this would be a very quick process and that we would have the website online in a week, sadly it's been taking 2 months now and Brian doesn't reply to my question for an ETA.

However, i'll show you the design we made for the website!

Today we've pushed a new, upgraded version of Warclicks which makes the game much more enjoyable to play and allows you to generate contractors while vacant.
We've also added a number of additional buttons to "prettify" the game.

Tomorrow we'll have another push, which should be enough to have a version that we can start promoting.

Polish office update:


At the beginning of the previous week we've added some maintenance code to fix PPMG/PBCG stats that were crashed after our in-memory storage system error.

We also worked a new version of the way we collect games stats related with the deposit bonuses. Extended code has been implemented (currently on dev. environment) into following titles: Poker 3-5-7, Pyramid Solitare, Roulette, Rock Paper Scissors, Sailor Scratch, Slots, Paper Town Flip, Pirates Scratch.

In connection with these stats we must think about the games that have some kind of competitions - such as Mahjong, Mine Sweeper or Shootout Champs (multiplayer mode). After we finish fix the PPMG stats, we toggle on the PBG platform.

Sumo-Roll game testing stage should start any day now. In last week we focused mainly on game security since money is involved in it. Still we have to figure out few things regarding game safeness but it's matter of time. Moreover we set up Backend environment and successfully connected it with app. Below are actual changes which was made during the last week:

- added handling encription key,
- added server certificate verification,
- added destination server handling,
- changed request encoding to UTF-8,
- regenerate api,
- changed Newtonsoft.Json library,
- added physics material without friction into pillars to prevent sumo stuck on edges,

Some important backend changes:
- introduced modifications regarding to production evironment
- added withdrawal lock flag for suspended/suspicious users
- added extended validation for incoming calls
- added isolation, using domain name, for api calls and lang

I hope that tomorrow we'll get to start the testing of Sumo Roll.
I also hope we can start marketing Warclicks in the next few days.
I've just received the final design of PlayBitcoinGames which I will pass on to the programmers which will then hopefully be able to finish it within a week or so.
I hope to be able to launch MyMatrix within the next few weeks and after marketing Warclicks for about a week we'll give some attention to CoinFlip Evolved.

All of this combined should set us up for an amazing month.
I have very ambitious goals during March and even bigger ones in April.

(Sorry for a bit messy update, i'm trying not to spend too much time)

Mark i tried the offline bonus contractor, and i think is too high the reward for being offline.
Is there any difference between online and offline reward?

Good to hear that the matrix will go live soon. I never understand matrix and feel comfortable investing into them, so, i think i will pass this time.

Can't wait to see sumo roll launched! (and start having earnings :oP)

Two things:

1 - Why do none of the language specific topics - except for the Spanish- go to the top 20 topics? I almost forget they my language topic exists, because I never see it.

2 - Could someone fine/temporary forum-ban the person that posted a referral link in the Portuguese Topic? Thanks smile - Even though I don't think much people have seen it, but someone could see and try it too -

@carvalho It's because before, topics after 7 days couldn't go to top 20 when someone commented. But this was later changed and all topics now can go to the top 20 but it only applies to topics created after this change. Portugues topic was created before of this change so that is why it doesn't go to top 20 when someone comments

My new milestone on MTV w00t



I know everyone is in celebration mood right now, and people will accuse me of spreading negativity, but all I am doing is showing Marc some reality. He said, "Our support is far quicker than most major companies out there, that alone should already be a big plus for our company."
Now, what do you think Marc? I know, that neither you create tickets and nor answer most of them. So I could have given you benefit of doubt. But you were over-exaggerating things, so I thought to wait and post with the right screenshot.


Frankly speaking, this ticket was not very important for me. It just asked for a name. If you had just said, that you guys can't provide those details, and closed the ticket, I would have been much happier.



Just think, instead of my ticket, if some new member asked, "I want to invest $10,000 in  MTV. Which products and services I can buy to maximize my profits?". And if he saw the ticket pending for 4 weeks, then what kind of impression he would get?


This is the reason why many members choose to post their issues on forums, as they know support will take it's time, a lot of time. There is common unsaid rule about MTV, which many members would agree. "If you have any issue, then just post it in daily news. Otherwise support can take a week or more". And you shrug it off, by saying those are just  exceptions.
And just my last question? Have those 3 support guys been deployed, which u said on 2 Feb?


I know, you will still stand on your statement, because you are much more adamant than me. But I hope, you will pay attention to this. Everything is going nice for MTV, and I am very happy about it. Now days I don't post my comments, but I do follow all the news. Even though, I don't like idle games and didn't play War Clicks, but I was very impressed by it's graphics and concept. If you are open to suggestions, then I would suggest you to put "war clicks" on sites like Armor games and Kongrenate games. There are millions of players for these kind of games. They also have video ads there.

And now time for some trolling. Hope you take it positively!

Great trailer. By the way, it would be great if we are in war zone, our enemy can evade our attack n able to attack us back. I believe this  will make the game more interesting. Hopefully our developers/team can implement this element into our game in near future.

siddartha149 sorry i am confuse about your issue with support. I have sent 6 or 7 tickets to support since i been here. With the last 2 being in the last couple weeks. I have to say the ones sent recently were answer alot faster then one back before i left.  First one was answer in less then 24 hours. The second one was answer and solved in just over 28 hours. The second one took a little longer cause the support person got confused and we had to send a few message back and forth to make sure we were on the same page. 


compared to other site i deal with that is pretty good. one site  i deal with you get a answer in a couple hours but most of the time if it a major issue it going to take a day to solve the problem. A couple other site i dealt with recently took over 2 days to get back in touch with me.  So MTV support is not the fastest out there but it in the top group. I serious doubt there any tickets 4 week old out there unless they are major account issue which takes other parties to getting involved to resolve them


As for your little cartoon. paypal no longer has email support unless your talking about payment issue. any account issues you have to call them about. so that take them off the list.

Bigbadmoose, all of my tickets have been answered in around 1 week or more. Be it general, account related or monitor related. All I get is a robotic response that my ticket has been forwarded to the correct department.

For my country they are always happy to help with email support. And they always answer before 24 hours.
