I think you didn't understood my post Axiantor. I want to buy RP via BAP and not sell them, so why I am getting this message.

How long did it take them to fix that? Is this going to be a problem in the future and, as such a large customer would it be possible to get some more personalized emergency service because this could end up costing us down the road if an issue like this happens again
