Looks like it's different from site to site. In other programs, like MyCycler, I'm sure only the clicks are counted. Your other questions: 1. What is PPC? Surfbar login ads are displayed in the blue bar while viewing your 10 daily ads. For Popup login ads there are currently no plans available yet. I think this option will have your ads displayed in a popup screen. I know many things are trial and error, but if you give it some time, you'll get the hang of it soon enough..
