I think a circulation of 38,000,000 shares is enough. If we split again, shares will worth pennies and the market will be flooded with tons of shares (tons of 10,000 blocks of shares). Then we can easily split again. Splits are basically meaningless. They don't affect the value of anything by themselves. You just divide up the 19% allocated to shareholders into ever more, and ever smaller pieces. But the sum of those pieces always adds up to the same amount. So whether you own 1 fat share, or 10,000 bits of that fat share. You'll receive the same dividend. Everyone can chip away at the cheapest ones and then just refuse to sell at that price. But only when we have more development funding than we can put to use. Right now, we are way short of development funding, we can't even hire our programmers full time.
