Hi SlosumoYes thank you so much for such quick rectification. I knew it could be a glitch but I also feared that something I could have misunderstood in the Latest news entry. There you say all orders will be cancelled at not extra cost to you. However you should have added AND BAP/CASH REFUNDED TO YOUR BALANCES to avoid any confusion or misinterpretation. Let me take the opportunity for some feedback about communication style in Paidverts and Ptcshare: 1) Critical communications MUST be sent by push notifications (where an OK from user is required so they have to read it) or via email. You just cannot leave critical info to chance on Latest news posts which can or cannot be read (people only go there if they know there is an issue already, like recent attacks and maintenance, NOT with unexpected issues like this Bap market removal). 2) You should have made clear from word go that the Bap market would be temporary. Not doing so just raises suspicions about how you go about things. Also Giving one week notice for bap market removal is not ENOUGH. The said latest news entry was posted on 24/1. 3) You say in there that you may reinstate Bap market in the future. Be clearer, more proactive and communicative next time. If it will only be temporary (even if not known for how long) SAY IT SO from day 1: BAP MARKET WILL BE TEMPORARY. This will prompt us to check those hidden Latest news all the time is case you miss notifications. Simple, easy and crystal clear. Always remind this motto. Hi druth8x and Marc,I did not mean that they intended this to be temp and somehow hid it. Not at all. Flexibility and assessing while we go are welcome. However a feature that was thought to be permanent, if later is removed it has to be clearly and profusely communicated! Via: - Push notifications acknowledged by us - Emails (please!) - in fact a big notice on the Bap market main screen (what better place than that if all above fail) - Last but not least several reminders (please) like you do with each promotion (3 days left, 2 days left, todays the last day and so on....). Especially sudden decisions that nobody anticipated. OK I guess I made my points clear enough. There you go. Listen, take note and learn please. Regards, Guido.

Hi VixthraThat is how the ticketing system works at Ptcshare. You dont need to register. Simply enter your details in the form, plus a subject line, the issue description and a few bits more. An email is sent to Support and later "Jeff" will reply via email as well to you.

Similar problem here.Most times captcha is not displayed. If displayed it doesn't confirm. Some other times database error message is shown. The very least ones go through. You could say you need 10 minutes of making several attempts for an ad to complete successfully, on average.

Obviously it's too late now, the ads expired.Can I have a refund of the BAP for yesterday's ads please? Alternatively send the ads again without consuming bap. Thanks. Guido.

I'm thinking we could turn the ad filter into more of a revenue stream. Instead of $10 make it 50 cents per month. Yes, more lower-end people would use it and the number of page views would go down but the quality of those views would go up. I think also that the viewer retention would be higher because there would be less frustration with the lower value ads. We could also do more to market it when it is cheaper
