That wasn't the issue in this case; the user changed countries between depositing and cashing out. And didn't update his info; so it required two bouts and back and forth with WU.

And no way we're paying multiple mini WU cashouts. Cashout everything at once or not at all... WU is the slowest payment system on the planet! Takes literally 30-60minutes per transaction. Waste of time.

One slightly related question to this topic:

I often tend to cancel my PayPal cashouts and request them again in bigger amounts( so that you don't have to process multiple withdrawals, plus I save on fees) as I receive commissions from my refs. I know this can sometimes result in receiving the withdrawal a bit later, but just wondering if these cancellations mess up(spam) your cashout queue or do they get completely deleted and not bother you at all?

No that's fine.

I might actually ask the programmers at some point to enforce a rule of only permitting 1 pending cashout at a time per account.
