The times catt posted are as of today. They go up/down. It doesnt mean u must wait +14 days. It means as of today cashouts which are roughly 14days old (+few days most likely), are getting paid, i think they dont do cashouts each day so thats why it grows up by few days, and then drop down few on cashout day.

please remember: I try to update this topic every morning.
Rejected/denied/returned cashouts that might happen will be counted the next morning.
There is no way we can update it every half an hour.

Catt, how long do a ticket takes? Already waited 4 days to get my bitcoins or my money here again and I need to wait for that to get solved to make the refund for the 200% ticket. This is being a headache

Tickets usually take 7 days. If support is too overloaded they can take a little more, please be patient and your ticket will be seen to as soon as possible.
