I'm introuducing quarter of a percent's b/c all too often I'm rounding from there to a half or full percent. Call me what you will, but while it's taken this long, it's some very mildly constant annoying aspect of life that I can much more agree with if fixed with that small a change. I understand it might be hard in some settings to see the difference btwn .75 and .25, but in all honesty, it's really just the color or at most the whole numbers that matter. The fractions are for people who are like me prefer closer to accurate as reasonably possible. Even I think going to tenths would be a bit too far, esp do to the readability/cleanliness.

Thanks for the fast answer Marc. I'm developing a new idea about our casinos, I'll elaborate it and send it to you. You still have my trust, I had a car accident and that was why I sold my stake but in the meantime my boss wants to fire me so I'll receive a few thousands bucks to compensate.
