There could be many reasons why: Let's say you just placed a bid and then few minutes (or Hours) later there's a market shift. You cannot profit form that, and may even be liable to lose big time if your bid falls in the wrong side of the market shift.  And how many times we placed a bid and changed mind because we forgot is the day to buy ad campaigns, or after bidding we had leftover change for one more share in 2 processors but our OCD part didn't want to have a 1 RP bid just behind the bigger bid, so cancel it is and bid again? Wow. What a risky line ! That is very ambitious and risky if you are actually putting all your money from saving account into MTV. You know saving account is protected up to 100k. I totally agree you could easily make so much more than the saving account but the risk factor goes up.. what'd I would do is that once we get dividend payment, then cash out each time and put it back into saving account or any "safe" account. That is my plan all along for investing in rp shares. I am hoping that I will make monthly income from dividend payout (monthly I hope) . So that would be my new source of supplemental income. If it does not happen then I will sell all of my shares to pay back what I put in. At least 15k and then keep the rest of shares in.but I am hoping the share price will go up to 1 cent at least and there is still no dividend payout then it's time for me to sell ! And once FTQ are payed, all benefits will go for dividends? (the stake of portfolio might go to dev funds) like if we have 25.000$ in profits, we'll have 25.000$ in dividends? And what are the running costs for now? I hope I will remember.
