I believe it will fall to $1100 after the rise. It still has a lot of volatility. If that would be accepted by the authorities, you can very easily buy Bitcoin on the stock market (or a product (ETF) that tracks the BTC price), so probably a lot of money will flow into the BTC market. I am pretty sure it will be positive because it takes so long time to decide (ussually i am wrong in predictions like this). I would love if it fails so I can get more BTCs. BTC price will rise in every case next months, years because that is the only coin that is actually used by the crowd, except anonymous coins used on dark web etc .
