I have my criticisms of MTV (hopefully constructive), but I'd like to offer some positivity. The Perfect Money Casino is an absolute beast, and is propping this whole business up just now. But...it is a limited market, especially when compared with Bitcoin.

That represents an unbelievable opportunity for PBG.

So I'd like to challenge the members of MTV, to come up with ideas on how best to promote it.

Firstly, it requires the MTV team to prioritise making PBG 100% bitcoin. There is no point in promoting something that could cost us money due to fluctuations between USD and Bitcoin.

Once this is done, my suggestion would be:

1. Identify all other bitcoin casino products we are trying to compete with.
2. Identify which of these have an active Facebook presence.
3. Run an aggressive advertising campaign against all 'likers' of these Facebook pages offering them free spins.
4. Ask MTV members to fund these campaigns and free spins.
5. In return, allocate the generated referrals to the users who funded the campaign.

I hope you like the idea and I hope that other users can rise to the challenge and come up with even better ones.

I like the idea but we haven't even been repaid for the previous campaign we funded. I think there is a reason why we are not funding anymore projects in that regard and that it is that it's either not worth it as far as returns on the invested marketing budget goes or the marketing simply isn't effective enough.

I am not an expert as far as SEO goes but I think it would be best to try that route even if it is more costly.

Another thing I would like to mention here as well is that there has to be better reporting in the future as to how much money has actually been earned with the marketing campaigns and how well the user retention is being done.

In that regard you see all the big competitors doing very aggressive retention approaches like sending out newsletters with coupons or even just newsletters in general to get the customer to engage again. I am not sure if that is already being done but I think it isn't.

Maybe there could also be an option to give users 10 free spins if they like our social media page or give them 100 free spins if they refer a friend that deposits $10 instead of giving them commissions if they refer that person,

We have recently filtered our email lists and set up a number of automatic emails for those that didn't visit us for a while and for people that newly sign up.
We have been sending out a lot more emails lately and have been giving away a ton of free spins.

For some reason playbitcoingames seems "haunted".
We often get weeks of no volume at all, then a few days of $5k volume/day and then something happens like the ssl certificate failing, 502 errors or some user that has difficulties with a cashout and goes to the bitcointalk topic and raises red flags.

We have had people abusing the free spins we gave away, complain about the size of the prize pool of the competition (We can not share what we didn't receive in the first place, it's a casino, not a ponzi) and we've had people telling us they would only try the casino when we have free spins and other additional bonuses again.

It seems that btctalk has a very, very tough crowd to deal with, even though we are fully legitimate and haven't refused to pay out a single cashout, even those that won $20k and severely hurt us.

In terms of SEO we've been making progress but it's an incredibly competitive sphere already.
Recent price hikes of btc have made it increasingly difficult to get your spot in the space.

Regarding the btc balances, they should have been finished weeks ago, but as we had to let go of our programmers to keep the ship afloat, we lost some vital skills/talents/knowledge which now has to be learned by David and the programmers that now work on an hourly basis for us aside from their new full time jobs.

This has all set us back quite a bit in terms of speed but playbitcoingames will soon have bitcoin balances and ethereum as a deposit/withdrawal pair.

Just a thought.

Should we change PPMG's "Top 10 wins today" and "Top 10 cashouts today"

and PBG's "Top 10 wins today" and "Top 10 weekly cashouts"

to

"Last 10 wins" and "Last 10 cashouts"

I don't know about everyone else, but when I look at the site's and see nothing (or few results) in these tables, it doesn't fill me with confidence.

If I was a new customer and thinking of giving them a try, I'd worry when I saw that noone else or very few people were winning.

Don't think this should involve drastic programming change/cost.

We actually changed that recently to what it is now, then lost all traffic on PBG and now it looks weird indeed.. smile

Today we found a gambler abusing an exploit and we're checking all of our "multi-step"-games on PBG.. angry
