Then you can buy as many as you like up to the 215 number (I'm taking a minimum 1 myself for statistics and tracking but may take more depending on sales). So you can buy 20 this week and 10 more next week or you can buy 30 next week. It is up to you and yes, for the full month. The ref has to first click 100 ads AND be new in the past 7 days.
