druth8x i am guess the idea behind that would be you would have to do something to sign up for the new platform. I would just not be a account transfer over. So if they did not do the process to transfer their account it would be gone. That the only way i could see that happening.

Even still, there is no need for balances to be gone.Just keep an excel type file up to date of who hasn't yet transfered their account. Yes, it's some accounting work, but it's the right thing to do. Our Old Birth Certificates are kept with acces through our Old Hospital, even if that Hospital went through many hands, closed so it moved to another location, and that closed and moved to aonther location etc. I'm sure we can keep track of user balances for 1 move.
